We may think all started at the university when Li was studying geography, but the connection with the earth was always been there! her roots come from the earth. Her grandfather was a miner. but Li always loved the city and technology, and her minimalist profile and love for arts led her to multiple different paths. only after thirties she connected with jewellery, where she was a step closer to Mother Earth and her precious stones and gems. The path was long and before Li could say she was a jewelry designer it takes multiple mistakes. Furtado appears when she started to design for her. pieces from earth, with precious stones and unique gold. Li envisioned FURTADO because she honestly believes in its power to echo in time.
