All THE FURTADO items come with a three-year warranty from the date of purchase. During this period, we are pleased to offer all maintenance, such as cleaning and re-threading, along with repairs. We guarantee that all maintenance and repairs are meticulously handled by our skilled partners and goldsmiths. After this period, we still provide cleaning, re-threading and repairing services on all pieces. However, there will be a fee to be covered by the customer. Should you require our Maintenance service, please send us an email. Please reach out to info@thefurtado.com to make arrangements for your repair. Damage due to neglect, abuse, or natural wear and tear will be repaired at cost and charged to the customer. Please note that for items purchased through one of our stockists, you must contact the stockists directly to start a repair or claim process.
